I have five kids which means there is always someone to play with or something to do at my house! Neighborhood kids or other friends are regularly frequenting my home and I often feel like I’m in need of a light, easy and refreshing mocktail to reel them in and quench their thirsts as I get know to their little hearts. 

This mocktail is super simple and makes for an extra “special” lemonade fix on a warm, summer day 🙂 It’s also a pretty pink drink to serve at bridal showers,  baby showers, or kids’ birthday parties.

Sparkling Pink Lemonade Mocktail

Total Time: 5 minutes

Makes about 24 servings

Serving Size: 8-10oz

Ingredients

• 2 containers of Trader Joe’s low-calorie pink lemonade (or similar)

• 1 container of Trader Joe’s pink lemonade-flavored Italian soda (or similar)

• 1 liter of Trader Joe’s lemon-flavored sparkling water

• 1-2 lemons, washed and scrubbed (if not organic) and sliced into wheels 

Let’s do this!

1.) Pour all ingredients into a pitcher and mix together

2.) Stir in sliced lemon wheels

3.) Enjoy!
